SteadRally

Privacy policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

SteadRally helps property managers and homeowners send jobs to the contractors they already trust, and helps contractors and their crews keep track of those jobs. This page explains what we keep, who can see it, and how to get it removed. We've kept it short on purpose.

What we keep

Who can see what

Services we rely on

Texts are sent through Twilio. The app and its database are hosted by Vercel and Supabase. When a contractor replies by text, we may use Anthropic's Claude to read the reply and pull out the estimate or proposed time; Anthropic does not train its models on this data. Each of these companies only gets what it needs to do its job.

Text messages

You get texts because you created an account or because a customer added your number to their team. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; reply START to turn them back on. Message and data rates may apply.

Keeping it safe

Passwords and login keys are stored scrambled, every page is served over an encrypted connection, each account can only reach its own data, and we limit repeated login attempts. If we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you.

Deleting your data

Open Your account and choose “Delete my account”. That removes your login and everything it owns: properties, jobs, photos, files and equipment records. If a customer added you as a contractor, their own team entry for you (your name and number) stays with them, but is no longer linked to a login. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
