Terms of service

By creating an account or using a link we text you, you agree to these terms. They're short because the app is simple: it passes job requests between people who already know each other.

What SteadRally is

A way for property managers and homeowners to send jobs to their own contractors, and for contractors to reply, quote, schedule and hand work to their crew. We are not a party to any job. The customer and the contractor agree on the work, the price and the payment between themselves. We don't guarantee a contractor's work, licence or insurance; a “verified” badge means we checked the documents they sent us on the day they sent them, nothing more.

Your account

• Give us accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your login.
• Only add people to your team or crew who you have a real working relationship with. Don't use the app to send unwanted texts.
• Only upload photos and documents you have the right to share.
• Access notes (gate codes, lockbox codes) are shared with a contractor only once a visit is confirmed. Change them when a job is done if you want to.

Texts

We text people whose numbers were added by a customer or who signed up themselves. Anyone can reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Your account. We may close accounts that misuse the service, for example by harassing people or uploading things they shouldn't.

The usual limits

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and safe, but we aren't liable for work done or not done by a contractor, for missed messages, or for losses that come from using the app, beyond what the law requires. These terms are governed by the laws of New York.
